Rae Anne Fischer

Rae Anne has loved the arts all of her life and has participated in the performing arts from the time she could walk. She has worked on theater productions (onstage and backstage) for numerous companies throughout Connecticut. Recognizing the healing power of visual and performing arts for both the audience and participating artists, Rae Anne is a steadfast believer in the mission of Chasen Rainbows.

Rae Anne has over 18 years of leadership experience in the government consulting arenas. As a management consultant in the Washington D.C. area, she has supported six federal agencies and led teams to assist her clients to achieve a variety of challenging organizational and program goals. Her skills include facilitation, program/project management, and quality assurance.
